Welcome to Metrc: US Virgin Islands

The Virgin Islands’ Office of Cannabis Regulation (OCR) and Metrc are excited to support your onboarding into the Metrc system. Your license type is critical for supply chain infrastructure, and we want to ensure you have all the tools you need to get started. 

 Below, you will find a Welcome to Metrc recorded session, which is designed to help you become familiar with Metrc, a critical compliance tool, and get you up and running as quickly as possible.   

To further support your onboarding journey, we’ve compiled some key resources for your convenience, many that were reviewed during the session:  

• Beginning Inventory Guide – A step-by-step tool for use during the beginning inventory period. After this period ends, different steps will be taken in the Metrc system to track your active inventory.  

• Getting Started with Metrc Guide – A brief overview of next steps you’ll need to take to prepare for a successful onboarding with Metrc. 

• Metrc Learn – Access the mandatory New Business Fundamentals training and additional trainings by licensed facility type.

• Metrc Support – Once credentialed, you can set up your portal account to get help when you need it, or you can call 877-566-6506.  

• USVI Metrc partner page – Access USVI specific information including links to training, FAQs, and more!
